Default Help me buy my exhaust! UPDATE: Made my decision

I've been reading and researching which exhaust I should get. I read that the HKS axle-back exhaust is better than the Megan Racing cat-back because it has more quality. I also want to know if the Injen Exhaust is good enough, but it cost $300+. Same with the TRD muffler, it's too expensive. Please help me buy one exhaust by voting in the poll. Give a short explanation of your experience with the exhaust you choose.

Here are the prices:

HKS axle-back : $355 shipped
Megan Racing cat-back : $370
TRD Sport Muffler : $342.10 + $99 shipped
Injen SES : $359 shipped
Greddy EVO 2 : $435 shipped

UPDATE: Okay after talking to some people and seeing the poll. I went ahead and ordered the HKS axle-back exhaust from showstoppersusa.com. Got it for $355 shipped. I don't really like the slanted look but I think I'll get used to it and many people like the look. I would have bought the TRD Sports Muffler, but it would cost me about a hundred dollars more ($342+99 shipping = $441). So that is why i went with the HKS axle-back exhaust. Thanks everyone for their input.

i bougt the megan exhaust and was very happy with it. a lot of bang for the buck you can't beat 2.5" piping from the header back (i have the s-pipe too) for nearly the same price as the hks. if anything ever happens to the muffler i will end up buying the hks carbon fiber and titanium muffler. but i am definately happy with it so far.

out of those choices, the cat-back will be the only one with any kind of measureable gain, as small as it'd be it's still more than the others, quality or not.

is the HKS exhaust $450??? I never knew that I thought it would be around the $200's. Don't fight guys, just say what and why. I don't want this to get locked.

like i said in my earlier post you can't beat the benefit and look for the price. nobody can deny that the hks is better quality than the megan but the price just isn't reasonable for what you get for the same money elsewhere. like i said also probably the only thing to have problems would be the muffler and if that ever happens i getting a carbon fiber replacement anyway. but there shouldn't be any thing to fight about "REMEMBER EVERYONE THESE ARE JUST OPINIONS".

I have a cat-back. its a 3 piece system. And i dont feel its of a low quality at all. I think its a really great product. The welds are great, the gaskets are high quality and they even give you new bolts. I think the muffler is really the best part. Great sound and style.

FYI the HKS is about 100 bucks cheaper from www.showstoppersusa.com i have it and love it.... but i like the megan better (full exhaust = better gains = better way to spend money)

Megan Racing cat-back WITH a resonator, or HKS hi-power.

I have the Injen SES, i like it alot but i was recently at a car show a few weekends ago and met another guy with a tC that had the HKS, and it looked and sounded OH SO SWEET!

How does the ZPI's catback compare to all of these exhausts.

i vote for HKS (not biased or anything) it's a sweet looking and sounding exhaust and i have not regretted it one bit. I don't know exactly were Elk Grove is, but there's an HKS plant in Santa Fe Springs, CA and you can probably pick it up there for 320...i did when i got mine

post links of cheaper prices...i really do not want to pay the prices i listed. So i'm leaning towards the HKS hi-powered exhaust...but maybe for around the same price may go with the Megan full cat-back.
