Well, you could always pull one over and ask :p.

you need it as per carolina law. and it cannot be covered so it cannot be seen from 300FT

why would you want to remove it? its a good safety item.

you can replace it with a different type of brake light i.e LED strip (something i plan to do) but otherwise it has to work as with all the lights as equipped on your vehicle.

idk just looking for something different and most people with mini trucks take theres out .... just tought it would be a easy mod
