Default My I/H/E plan for the xA, discuss...

ok so my plan of attack for an intake header exhaust is gonna go like this:

Intake: K&N Typhoon CAI
Header: Megan Header
Exhaust: after the cat i was gonna get a 2.25"hi-flo res and hav the exhaust dump right after. yea it will be loud and rice sounding but its what i got in mind.

anyone have an opinion about my setup good or bad please tell/ask/whatever.

Nate, you'll get alot of responses about the intake. SR or CAI, I was going to go with the K&N CAI until I bought the Injen SR. the header choice is good, especially for the price. where do you plan on getting the exhaust done?

there is a guy on Flomich (I think) Martys Muffler that everyone at Metra goes to. not sure about price but I hear he is good.
I had the Midas on Ridgewood just north of 40 put on my muffler and I have had no problems. plus the guy who did it, his wife drives an xA.

your likely going to lose allot of back pressure (IE: Low end torque) with out a muffler.
