i'll be sure to check my paint work carefully after i take mine back to have the dealer replace the carpeting on warrenty...thanks for the info about gougeing paint.
Thanks for the replies. Actually, I want to remove all of the seats, except the driver's seat, of course. I'll be keeping the seats in storage for eventual reinstallation.
Since the Xb will be discontinued next year I suppose I had better buy one before too long.
be carefull tho... i had my passenger seat out for a bit... and for some reason the brackets got bent a bit... front 2 bolts line up... but the rears are off now, if line up the rear outside bolt.. the rear driverside doesnt line up and vice versa.
didnt haven anything on the seat while it was out... so not sure what happend...
if they are gonna be out for a long time, may want to set them on a couple pieces of 2x4s or something and botl them down just to prevent them from bending any
Sorry for bumping an old thread. But due to the SRS sensor in the seat, once you unbolt/unplug either of the front seats, you will need to take it to the dealership to have the SRS reset so it works properly incase you ever get in to an accident.
