just some opinions i wanted to get from everyone...

so i'm new to the scion scene and just bought a 07' scion... i'm a former grease monkey that was into cars and now that i have more time and money these days i need a little information and opinions from everyone here before i start monkeying around again... haha.. 18x8.5 +35 rear and +40 in front on 225/40/18 with trd springs... does that sound right to everyone here? would the rims be nice and flush with the sideline of the car? any known rubbing issues? or is it just better to go with 18x8? and... one of the biggest reasons i went with the scion is the factory backed S/C... i've done stage 0 and 1 turbo's in my old car before to know that if anything goes wrong i'm SOL as far as coverage... but it's really disheartening to read so many tc owners with TRD S/C's experiencing broken mounting bracket problems causing oil leaks, etc... any of you out there with no problems on your S/C's? is it still a good idea to go for the 07 S/C once the fit kit gets released? what do you people think? any opinions are appreciated and thanks in advance...

one other thing... i was wondering if any 07' tc owners have gotten new rims yet and have transferred the valve stem pressure sensors onto their new rims.. were there any problems with the install? please let me know.. thanks
