Default Rough clutch and gas Pedal

Anyone feel that the clutch pedal feels rough when changing gears or the gas pedal past 3500. My wife has an 06 xb, auto though but it feels much smoother at the same rpm
anyone else feel this or am I having some other probs?

Are you saying the clutch pedal's action has a rough spot when upshifting over 3500 rpm? The rpm should not make a difference in how the pedal feels.

I see a green plastic wear button on the pedal that contacts a switch on the floor. There is a nut to adjust the point where the switch engages - perhaps that is what you did. I don't see how the hydraulic clutch itself has any adjustment.

I would leave that to the dealer.

You certainly are having a lot of trouble with the foot controls. Since you have been adjusting them yourself, I assume the car is out of warranty. Because if the car is under warranty, your efforts may have relieved the warranty of responsibility. You might not be qualified to do these adjustments. I would take a drive with the dealer's' mechanic and see if you both can come to some agreement on whether there are any problems and what needs to be done.
