tom my tax lany said that all that she needed was the tax id number of the company that this form is coming from maybe you could post up the name address and tax id company of whover these are from (scion or meyond marfeting or whoever)

Hey Tom can i get the email for the tax form, I have an appointment on Sat. for my taxes and was gonna just do it but if i can get it emailed that would be great...thanks for helping us out.

These forms are actually gambling winnings forms. I believe that if you gamble then you can deduct from these winnings with any gambling losses.

did anyone else notice that thier social security numbers were clearly visible through the front window of the envelope??

Well, by law BMG had until 31JAN to mail these, I have not yet received a copy, and it does not take a week for mail to get here.

(This does not affect my filing since I'm in no rush. This is just posting that I have not yet received the form.)

didn't even look at the envelope....was too involved with looking at the form itself...well, if anyone becomes a victim of identity fraud, we'll know the reason j/k

Some info for folks planning NOT to include the form with their returns:

Thanks for the information Tom.

I have filed a complaint with the IRS regarding our tax forms, being mailed after the deadline.

I believe for every form mailed after the deadline, there is a fine to the company of $50 per occurance with it increasing after a certain number of instances.

I have now waited 3 more weeks to complete my taxes, and will lose $300 due to the taxing.
