Default What the NEW XB should have been

I read somewhere that this was supposed to be the next XB....
So much more true to the original.
This would have been great

I think it was a Japanese site.

Eh..looks pretty similiar but it flows better. The longer front end is the killer for me and this has that too.

I like this design much better. Although, when the first gen xB came out, I didn't really like that either. Now, I am completely infatuated

So, who knows, maybe I will grow to love the new release.

... it's the same as the new one except for the front grill is different and the back window wraps around... man you haters are just reachin' yet some are reachin for the new one and don't even know it. I'm glad they didn't put that design, it's bland, looks like somethig Ford would have made, and we all know how well they used to design (look at the taurus) ok... here comes the flames... (put on fire retardent suit)

no flames.
glad you like the new one.
I just don't. Wish I did.
unfortunately most of the posts here seem disappointed.

I think this design study is much less bland than the 2008 base xb (with the styling cues of a VW golf)...
The 2008 pronounced "C" shape is just weird.

This design study has more strength.

I disagree that this design is only slightly different.

I'll accept the Ford comment...Some said the original had cues from a Suburban.
or your Chevy Astro.

But this new xb looks like a transformer.
seems less unified than the first xb...

in the last XB form followed function.
this xb form follows folly

i wish this new xB looked like a transformer.

AUTOBOTS, ROLL OUT!]

I do like that funky car thing though. definitely looks like a bland toyota from about 5 years ago though(which may or maynot be bad)

This one is even rounder, but I like it a lot. It looks like a Fuse 5 door.
