Someone stole my car last night and found it this morning. LIFE SUCKS. Was sold as of Sat and was going to buy an xB

Hopefully Ill find away to get out of this car and just finanace an xB. There was about $14k in damage and stolen items. Cars value isnt even that much now so I guess they might just total it and if they do them Im out alot of money.

Let me see if I have this straight -- you had sold the car Saturday but the new owner hadn't paid for it or taken possession? Was the buyer somone you know? If not, I think that's your #1 suspect.

 

They have never seen the car in person (out of state) And someone drove the car and knew where everythign was in teh car.

The dealership is my first suspect becuase it was there 2 weeks ago ffor something and the car had to have been started wwith a key becuase of the transponder.

I couldnt start it with my power probe and no key yet they did. No way.

I install alarms all day and theres no way to do it unless they had a key or a module of some sort.

 

Holy ____ing crap, that car is insane. Was that stuff insured at all?

 

you know, before i saw the pics i was gonna say, "i can't say enough about gap insurance." but, in this case that wouldn't have helped. sorry to hear that man. hopefully the cops can catch the guy and you can get your money from them.

I've talked to this guy before, he has alot of connections and stuff, his xB was going to be one of the tightest one this site

Sorry to hear this USSA covers me %100 against theft. all I have to do is have Pictures to prove that I had it. if 14g worth stuff was taken, you might want to check in to see what you can get.

My Civic was stolen a couple months ago. Theives took my stereo, seats, wheels (left car on its rotors), steering wheel, intake and distributor and spark plug wires, and several personal items. Most people figured my car was a complete loss. I did not have full coverage on it so I got nothing from insurance. However I stripped everything out of the car to the bare shell and sold a lot of it and thats how I made money for my down payment on my xA. I managed to get about $1500 out of what most people said was garbage. So don't give up.

if it makes u feel any better, my civic was broken into 3 times in the last 1.5 years!!!!...the first time, my coast guard neighbor came out with his glock..scared em off, the second time, they smashed out 1 window stole my gauges (the speedo cluster) and also slashed ALL 4 of my tires cause the car wouldnt start due to dead battery!....3rd time, the killed my back window....

They ACTUALLY CAUGHT Johrel Lopez the guilty party, and he is currently serving 2 years in state prison for breaking into my car and stealing othrs cars...bad news, florida has no state tax, so any $$ i was going to get , as repayment (cant remember the actual word) , would have to come from that....unfortunately i will prolly never see it....bottom line doode, dont give up , file a po po report, and wait...its really the only thing u can do....sorry to hear about this man, criminals suck big ___, and one day kharma will get the a hole back who did this....good luck homie

 

Well the totals are up to $14,500 without the paint, body work, and steering column problem.

I think they just might total the car.

I hope not becuase If they give me about 9k for the car I will just pay it off put stock ____ in it and sell it for about $5k so I can put a down payment on a xB

Your car was tight, and i'm sure you'll get an xB and it'll kill ____ just by looking at it.
