The Megan OE-RS is actually a more complete setup than the Magnaflow, but you probably won't feel a difference. They both sound outstanding.

imo Magnaflow mufflers are crazy loud.
I had the ZPI cat-back it sounded great but it was very loud and I've known several other people with magnaflow mufflers on a variaty of cars in both axle and cat-back config.'s and they were all quite loud and somewhat dronning at normal hwy speeds.

They're both pretty nice. I've got the megan s-pipe, mid-pipe and oe-rs muffler, and I'm pretty satisfied. It's VERY bassy in the low rpm, and gets quieter as the revs go up.

Take a look at the recording I made on youtube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I60nqLHEheY

The recording misses most of the low notes, but that's the most obvious first impression. A lot of other people like the Magnaflow muffler made by precisionmuffler.com also, take a look for sound clips.
