Older (far) and newer (near) belt drives. Far belt is gates polychain carbon GT2 system. Newer belt is Goodyear Eagle NRG "blue" system. Newer belt drive is not rated for as much HP (still plenty) but is much quieter and overall gear ratio better. Old belt drive gave overall 6:1 ratio which was too low. New belt gives 4.8:1 ratio about right.
