looks slick!!! Think i just made my gf getting it during fall, was gona ask her to get a tC just like me , then she shows me that slick Eclipse... i was like...hell yea!!! get that.

 

One thing i noticed at the car show recently when i saw the new Eclpise. It's got HUGE triangle windows on the doors. I've seen plenty of cars with triangle windows before but these were easily 2-3 times the size of your average one. It was kind of strange.

Other then that i didn't care much for it. Couldn't really put my finger on it really i just wasn't amazed with the design. In person it almost looks like they tried to put different signature pieces of other cars together. ie Audi TT spoiler on a 350z tail...

 

Ecliipse will be way too heavy...they have sure got pretty bloated in recent years. Looks good and the new Civic looks good too. But I'll go with the tC...can't beat the price...even with the SC.

 

but it's a mitsubishi. she should plan to get it recalled in about 2 years--rental.

 

yeah i saw the new eclipse...i luv that car soooo...its so cool...plus the new 2.6 v6 is gonna pump out 260 hp.....vrooom!!!

if the Galant Ralliart, with the same engine as the eclipse did 0-60 in 6.1 seconds

then surely the Eclipse will be the same if not faster.

AMEN! good lord people. that eclipse looks like crap compared to my pretty baby and I just dont like it. looks like a reall large strange kind of bug.

 

i dint say the Eclipse was the best, i just said it would be the fastest.

of course the tC is better at everything else.

 

There's word that Mitsubishi could be on their way to bankruptcy because of some very bad quality decisions overseas. If it was up to me I would not be buying anything new that Mitsu has to throw out there.

I still think the tC looks better...I see mitsus all the time, and I dont think they look all that eye catchin. I had ppl look at my car and go wow, or nice car. the tC is kickass b/c it's unique, no other car that costs 16K has an all glass roof...

 

sad thing about the G35 is the Japanese hate the car, as the R35 Skyline, it replaced the awesome R34.

And say what you want about Mitsu, the Lancer EVO is a very good car, even though they had to import it and dumb it down for us

 

If I had money I would be driving a G35 right now, love that car. However since I dont have money I bought my tC which reminds of the G35 coupe but smaller.
