Japan Civic RR badged as a Acura here in the states?
 

uh- rebadged as an acura. sounds plausible

for w/e reason, someone probably thinks the acura emblem looks nicer than the honda emblem...the only place this would make sense is (as far as i know) Canada where the civic is rebadged as an Acura CSX but they havent released the RR anywhere else..so.......im assuming they just did a conversion and used the Acura emblem..

It doesn't make sense that Honda would keep the same body style as the Civic yet sell it under Acura.

Are you sure the person who has that car didn't replace the badges on it for kicks? Nothing I'm seeing from searches shows its going to be sold as a Acura.

yeah maybe a rebadged mugen si or something...rr aint in the states

well honda's done it with the accord euro R (TSX), the Legend (RL) and honda inspire (TL)...but theyve only rebadged the Civic in the provinces of Canada...and again the RR isnt planned on being released anywhere else...yet...probably europe at the most..

Oh let me clarify, it wasnt THAT exact car. No body kit, completely stock, it looked just like that car, just no body kit, and no vents in the hood. It was pearl white, and had a legit looking Acura badge on the front and back. It was also an automatic. It still looks 20x better than a regular civic. Mainly cause the headlights and tail lights are kickass!

either way the civic RR is sickk..and tell him to leave the damn honda badges on
