This looks like it could be a scion it has a Toyota badge but look at the styling, the grilles, and especially the hood where the badge is placed its just like the xD! Is this just some kind of photo shop or is it a 2000 and ... tC or something?

That is the concept for their new RWD car. Its supposed to be in the general idea of the AE86.

 

I am thinking Photoshop, given the indoor reflections in the outdoor pictures, but that looks to be the same place the early xB and xD pictures were shot. Who knows?

If I were a betting man, I would say the tC replacement would have a huge C-Pillar given the Fuse, xB2 and xD.

Why would toyota make a toyota vehicle that looks so scionish the whole front of that car looks extremely close to the xD The styling is way to much like the xD to not call it a scion. And i dont see any indoor reflections, i see the reflection of clouds on the hood and plus it looks like somekind of parking garage structure so im sure there would be concrete beams makeing the tall shadows.

If it is the same place the xd/xb photos were taken where is that chicago? if so was this concept car there? Are there actually released photos for this car or is this a "spy shot." BTW happy bday max

 

The photos I linked to were released within a day of the Chicago unveiling. If they were taken in Chicago in February, that water on the ground would be in solid form. Looking at the background in some of the pics, I would say that is NOT Illinois. I can verify that this concept was not at the Chicago show. As for your other questions... no clue. I would only speculate that they are official, given the location.

Im about 80% sure thats a photoshopped pictured. That doesnt mean its a fake though. The creatives at Scion were probably photoshopping ideas for a new concept before they went into modeling, etc.

 

Ok now im 100% sure its a photoshop using the xD. Heres the proof. Its really easy. just look at the pattern of the clouds where I have it circled. Also if you look at the xD picture, theres a red stripe near the ground behind the car. In the photoshopped picture that stripe is blue like the car. I also think thats not a Toyota logo, but a Scion logo. Except when he changed the perspective of the xD bumper, it warped the logo as well.

looks like a cross between a Civic and a RSX ! I dont think Toyota/Scion will be going there - its been done before.
