The guy that owns it, works at the local kia/toyota/scion dealership. Hes in here usually once or twice a week. I'll snap a pic next time hes here. He kinda looks like a older version of napolean dynamite.

Of course he built it from parts of several different cars that he got from work and has not finish the painting on the doors yet - so the overspray is not important. My question is when he gets pulled over and they check the registration against the markings on the car . . . what is the cop going to think?
