i don't know much about racing, but i think this Ferrari's brake lock up.
Anyone know why that guy can't steer the Ferrari?

His steering failed. He should be under full right steering lock, but the tires are pointed a little to the left when he hits the guy.

looks like a parking lot, so the surface may be more slick. i cant really tell if the floor is wet.
