I saw a thread earlier today and thought to myself we need a place to exchange kills or losses. This also includes your stories at the track.

Just type your story, and if you don't approve of street races (which I normally don't) don't add you two cents, PLEASE.


My story (happened yesterday)

I was slowing down to stop at a light on the a 8 lane (4each way) highway when an audi which unfortunatly I could not tell what it was (but not a tt) rolled up besides me. When the light turns green I start off normally but notice he is pushing it hard. I answer his call and gunned it. I got to third gear at about 75mph and his ___ didn't even pull on me (thouh he was ahead becuase of the start). I didn't even try to shift to 4th and push it harder because i knew he wasn't going to win this one. all in all my 18k dollar car kept with a 30+k car, not a bad trade. I'll stick to paying less for a car.

 

yea so heres a good one....

i was pulling up to a light and i notices a guy lookin my car up and down or side to side.. however..

it was a 1979 mercury capri, rust bucket hunk. so, like a jerk, i laughed.... well he did to...

the light turned green, we both slammed it, and well, his car lifted off the ground!!! scared the shniznit out of me! so then.. i just kept my distanve and let him win.. it was fast!

oh.. then 5 mins later i see this ford svt lightning, red, with superchaged all over it... with the same jet skis i have but red(they are also supercharged) were getting on the interstate.. he gives me a head start (i got up to 80 before he slammed the gas) and he caught up w/ the jet skis on back and blew me away!!!!

those are some fun ones.. i got some win stories too though..
the usual... civic,integra, etc... and those are real races on the track<<<

ur kidding me!!!! that search button doesn't work. this is like the third time this has happened, and I search everytime.

 

i just searched for it and found this thread....it has a post today for this morning...i am having no problems with the search option.

 

alright then just lock this then...i don't know what it is I must have and ounce of bad luck and another of bad searching.
