yea most of the time i get kids with beatup civics wants to race there easy to beat..

sometimes trucks think there badass they might have more power but also weighs alot...

im not a racer either i didnt buy the car to race...but im very happy with the car...my goal is to own different type of cars and not stick with the same car forever..

 

Well I am kind of cheating since I have been driving my WRX for the past few months while the weather is ____ty.

1) 2000 Mustang
2) 1994ish Civic with a nasty wing and body kit on it
3) 2007 Scion tC
4) 1998 Acura Integra
5) 2007 STI (Got my ___ kicked)
6) 2009 Scion xB

All but the STI I beat LOL, but it was all track racing. Racing on the street is stupid so dont do it.

 

i would love the have a WRX....yea street racing aint the way to go...

2008 si is and ok car they have more HP then Torque which turned me away...you need torque to get you going not HP.....

manybe on the next generation of hondas they will redesign those digital gugages with something better and more more or equal power in it

 

Depending on mods it would take quite a bit for one of our TC's to take a SER spec V. I beleave they run low 14's

 

spec.v's are pretty fast carsi mean they can ge tit going but very rare to find them.....i was goona get one but just couldnt find the right one and wanted somethnig different something i can make my o0wn like the tc a DIY car

 

99 Mercedes Benz CLK 430(couldnt pass me) he took the hit and took off and i caught up in 2nd and stayed even until til 5th gear and i was gaining a half car

 

I normally don't race, I dont get people reving up to me at lights but what I have raced isn't anything amazing. I choose my races wisley I usually don't race V-8 and some V-6's. I have a fettish with racing G35's I hate them with a passion. I've beat a few G35's, Spec V's and typical hondas.

But one morning I was heading to work from my inlaws and I passed a Honda Civic, I thought eh only a gsr swap max. Dude pulled up next to me and rev'd up. So I slammed it into the sweet spot (65mph 3rd drop) All I heard was Vtec kick in and I was like I got this, then all of a sudden I hear that turbo spool... All I can think was ohhh snap I'm done, sure nuff he pulled like 5 cars on me.. Sadly I couldn't catch up to give him a thumbs up.

I raced a yellow ranger with stunter rims off a light up to the speed limit. I had obviously won, so when I reached 50 and slowed down he kept gunning it and sure enough a cop pulls him over

 

^lol 2 nites ago around 3 in the morning I was on the hwy and a old MK3 94-98(ish) volswagen gti drove up next to me (I had a 98 jetta so I know exactly what he has in his car) all that was visible was a doofy weld on double piped muffler so he guns it before me I throw it into 3rd (from a 50) catch up shift into 4th and quickly into 5th and let off on the throttle I was already infront of him by awhile and sumthing told me to slow down so I did, he zooms by me and wat do u know a nypd hwy patrol charger was clocking his speed on the radar the vdub tries taking the next exit but the officer immediatly followed him out and pulled him over

 

uhhh i raced an r6 and got my butthanded to me

 

I have no idea what I'm putting down yet. It seems like money is tight since this new navy crap is going around and I chose to put my money into my debt and stopped doing stuff to the car. Because the military is no longer a guaranteed paycheck every 2 weeks for 20. Seems like any little thing you do will get you kicked out.

But at one point of time I thought I was 260 but seeming how that is impossible on my setup (I got schooled on SL in a f/i forums) I would assume no more than 240 but probably more around 230.

It seems like every time I get my money to tune something else I want comes around and I chose to get that instead. The setup I have now is fine on a TRD tune, but I guess an FIC will make it run more efficient..??

The 2 I've raced were most likely autos on the highway rolling at 55-60. They will get me after 135 because I can't go anymore, but I've only been that fast once in my car. Also I didn't pull by 10 cars or anything it was more like a fender for one and the other was by 1 car and we slowed down at 115mph.

The s/c is hard hitting up at higher speeds and that is what I dont really like about it, there are major dead spots for me when I drive because anything after 70mph I can't go into 3rd and have to suck it up and rev match to 4th which still kills me because it takes time for it to build boost threw out the RPM band... But she's fun on an auto-x track!
