"I have bought and paid a set of TRD 410cc Injectors last 6th December 2009 and I don't have received the injector or the paypal reimbursement."
The injectors kit does not arrived but yesterday paypal have reimbursed the money :D

Well tracking number shows no tracking information available, so that fault goes to the seller.
The buyer closed the case meaning that either he received the item or trusted the seller enough to cancel the case to release the funds back to the seller, however, when using PayPal a complaint can only be opened once so if the item was not received PayPal advises the buyer to wait until the item is received before closing the complaint, fault buyer.
Call it a wash on both parties at this point.

yes the postal service gave me the wrong customs number and paypal was a glitch saying he closed the case heres proff he got his money back

Obv you can get ripped off on eBay - Only if your an idiot and buy from a seller that has negative feedback or low feedback rating....On eBay there is at least a repercaution - You can leave negative feedback

Sorry If I have open a new thread equal to each other but I would like to respond publicly to the offenses.
I don't have received anything else I wouldn't have written those things on the forum!!! I waited nearly 2 months.

I'm not a crook, I have a ebay account with 300 positive feedback.

I sent him 50 PM message but he didn't respond after 5 days I have contacted paypal and I started the practice but he had 45 days to act differently.
eventually I lost my money and I have not received anything.

yeah, cburg posted screen pictures of the shipping and the paypal reimbursement. and infact, you actually ripped him off because you got his injectors, and your money back, which means you are infact the scammer. i'll let him know about this thread, and i'm sure he'll have no problem posting them again.

i provided proof that u got your money back and that i shipped it, yes italy's postal service sucks but u cant blame me for it...\
everyone google research about italy's postal service itll show that they infact are horrible...
none the less i gave you a refund being the better man even tho you closed the paypal case i sent arefund and provided the proof,
like i said all you have to do to delete your address from the public is to delte your thread and itll delete the whole thing...or if u arent smart enough to do it then ask a moderator to but im not deleting it as its my proof of u scamming me
