i can almost guarntee that i will not order from scionsport ever again prices are decent but i think the service kinda sucks, i was supposed to get my second ups tracking number today and ended up with nothing i e mailed and recieved no response put my order in on sat and complete order is still not shipped out? i have dealt with many people and sponsors on this site but this is the worst by far.

their service does suck. i wanted to order so much from them, but after THEIR ____TY ___ PART didnt fit, I had to pay to ship it back. i basically spent $70 to look at their crappy product and send it back. fun times.

I haven't had problems with them yet, everything has been great. Service wise. I ordered Dc sport headers and tanabe df210 springs, suppose to arrive friday but might arrive tomorrow because they are only 8 hours away from me now. (shipped from CALI to east coast, nice) 3 day select too.

Just want to thanks you for business! If I have parts on back order that will delay the shipping to you, I had clear stated in the site that some parts might need special order. And I ship to you as soon I received the item from Toyota. And I am sorry for the delay. But all the part get to you less than a week including shipping from CA to TX.

By the way, the parts fit all other xB but just don't fit yours. I had agree to refund your shipping charge, even it clare stated in the site "buyer are responsible for the return shipping" I am taking extra mile to take care you.

BTW leaving a negative feedback on our ebay account and the only one since we do business in ebay is just not cool for not let us know you are not happy!

I believed doing business honest and professional, if anyone not happy with Scionsport.com, please let us know, and I will make sure you are happy. I am here to take care all the Scion Owner.

I guess, people are different.. some always happy and some not.
