"Ah send it anyways its fine."
The post office wouldn't send it like that to begin with. So that only means that the contents of the box was gone sometime after I sent the package.
I tell you some people....
If you looked in you in-box you would see that that I have sent you multiple messages regarding this issue.
Your right the box did go to many different post offices but that box had no tape on the bottom. The only thing holding that box together was the shipping labels from the post office. Packing tape was put on after the box fell apart. How to I know this? The packing tape is over the shipping labels meaning it was put there after you brought to the post office, probably after everything fell out.
Your suggested course of action would be to just send my order again. I'll get it, put it on my car, take pictures, post on the forum and clear the air for you. This is a chance to redeem yourself. You may have not been the reason for me not getting my order but you are the one that can make things right.

I too thought I was removed from ScionLife because of my mistakes. After talking to the managers of the company that ownes these websites (Scion life, mustang forums, fitfreaks) They said that I was not removed as a sponsor because of my mistakes. I was removed because my sponsorship term ended and I didnt pay to renew it. After ScionLife was bought out the price of being a silver vendor (20 dollars) was raised to several hundred dollars. Dont believe me? Every silver sponsor that wont pay the new prices after their terms end will be removed. Feel free to ask around yourselves.
They urged me to become a fitfreak sponsor because we talked it over seeing I made my mistakes and that was my way of learning. They saw I was not intentionally doing this as after my rocky past things are slowly getting better. Even after ScionLife I took too many orders at once which I'm not sure why I was doing that but everything is being refunded and or products going out. Im not getting worked up about jokers anymore trying to ruin me as there are legit explanations for everything that has been proven time and time before. Removed from Mitsubishi and Mustang forums? Because they were also owned by IB and I wasn't paying to gauge interest and or advertise. THAT WAS MONTHS AGO ALSO.
Im considering becoming an ScionLife sponsor again just to stick it to some of you but then again taking $300 a month to the mustang forums or corvette forums with products that had interest by the hundreds is much better than paying $250 a month on ScionLife. (Those arent exact prices but I'm sure those are close to correct if not by $25 dollars off)

1. if you have the money to be a sponsor on this or any site, why not just pay those of us back whom you took money from and never sent orders?
2. how do you rectify this claim, " And at least I'm a man about it and didn't give up and close my pay pal accounts and ignore it like many others have done." - when this very PayPal account you mention has no activity - PayPal told me that on the phone they will refund me when they recover the funds from the account - and yet you are taking PayPal payments on eBay but i have no refund from them via your account & you never answered their claim?
3. if you have the money to pay a secretary "I just highered a secretary that is majoring in college for international business or something of the sort. So she will be taking acre of most of the forums as far as PMs goes. She will also take care of emails and order forms so that I can concentrate on only the orders itself and making new high quality products", why not pay those of us back whom you took money from and never sent orders?
4. if you have this secretary, why is it still you coming here and there and other places doing all of the posting? you said "she" would be doing it. Where is she?
5. relative to sending me my money AND claiming to be a good guy and sending the plugs also you said in public and in PM "I SENT IT!" and "Aha it was already packaged and ready to ship. Ill be issuing you a refund" and "I definatley will follow through and then some" - I have neither my money nor the plugs and these recent claims were weeks ago. Why exactly?
6. I have seen you post elsewhere about shipping companies having lost the order, or that you sent it but it never arrives, or the latest with the trashed empty container, yet huge eCommerce companies do not have shipping mishap rates that you have. How is this possible?
7. if your so business savvy now and have changed your ways, why are you going out and trying to seek business on other forums (ford, dodge, honda, etc) before you have even completed the business you already started and did not finish? who does that?
"there are legit explanations for everything..." - yes John, your right. the problem is, the ones you give are not the real ones.
Look iKONA, even Tomas, Scion Life Admin, thinks the box my order came in was a joke. Time to stop running from your mistakes and start being a man about the problems you have caused.

Oh wait, there's nothing in the box. Looks like his secretary forgot to put my order in the box. I think she may have even forgot to tape the box. The post office must have taped it for you after everything fell out.
iKONA you are true to your word, but this time please send me a box that has something in it. Looks like the box has been to hell and back.

Now I'm not sure if you can read this but it says
"Received unsealed and without contents"

I would really appreciate it if you could send me my order again.

Im sorry I cant keep an eye on your package every inch of the way to your house but Ill resend your order just PM me.
And I hardly believe that it came empty with out anything in it.
So I sent you a PM iKONA, that was on 12/01/08. Today is Sunday 12/07/08. I like how you talk a big game and never follow though with anything.
Called my bank the other day and spoke to the fraud prevention dept. They said that they will doing a thorough investigation and will be refunding me my money very soon. Hope you have a fun time explaining yourself to my bank, iKONA.
...banks understand the federal "30 day rule" on mail order/internet/phone orders, and will often "take care of the problem" for their customers.

THE OBLIGATIONS OF INTERNET SELLERS UNDER FTC’S MAIL OR TELEPHONE ORDER MERCHANDISE RULE
As more activities and transactions take place online, businesses are using email to communicate with their customers. In some cases, email may be used to comply with a rule or guide requirement to provide or send required notices or documents to consumers. Email may be used in compliance with FTC’s Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR 435,) which provides that a seller must generally ship goods within the time stated in an advertisement or within 30 days of receiving the order (50 days if the order includes an application for credit.) Pursuant to this rule, violators are subject to fines, and these fines are actually applied. For example, Kbkids.com was hit with a $300,000 fine when it did not fill its holiday 1999 orders in a timely manner.
What is the FTC’s Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule?
Essentially, the FTC requires that when a seller advertises merchandise, it must have a reasonable basis for stating or implying that it can ship this merchandise within a certain time. If the seller makes no shipment statement, it must have a reasonable basis for believing that it can ship within 30 days. That is why direct marketers sometimes call this rule the “30-day Rule.” The FTC’s “mail order” or “30 day” rule applies to most goods a customer orders from the seller by mail, telephone, fax, or on the Internet.
What if the customer does not reply to the seller’s communication?
# In this case: If the new shipping date is 30 days or less, silence by the customer means that the customer agrees to the delay.
# If the new shipping date is more than 30 days, silence by the customer requires cancellation of the order and a prompt refund.
Although the number of companies selling online are soaring, fraud and deception may dampen consumer confidence in the e-marketplace. To ensure that products and services are described truthfully in online ads and that consumers get what they pay for, the FTC enforce its consumer protection laws, which include the Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Online businesses need to make sure that they comply with this Rule, which should be regarded as simply good business practice.

on the FitFreak Forums - where he bailed out on his first thread when some people started calling him out - he started a new thread and got called out there and he claims he only has 2 people who have not had money paid back and that he has taken care of all others.. can you believe that? I know myself, Buckets, Blizard, Optional, dave2610 all are expecting refunds just on this page of this forum alone.. how is that "just 2 people".
