Default NonStopTuning - worst customer service

I ordered something in Jan 4. now it's been 2 months.

They originally told me it will take 30-40 days to process an order for a corolla pulley. now it's been 2 months.

I've been calling them, as well as Emailing them about my order. They never pick up the phone no matter what time in the day i called them. and they never respond to any emails.

Are there any one having a better luck than me?

Nope, we all went through the same thing.

My pulley took 3 1/2 months to arrive, and I called every single day after 2 months, emailed, and even messaged them on Facebook. Note a word back from them. Eventually it just showed up in the mail.....with the wrong sized belt. Called, and BAM first ring they pick up, and it was the same guy that sold me the pulley. WTF? Told him it didnt fit, returned it for a refund and now they are dodging my calls again.

I've tried to contact them in the past via email and phone and they didn't respond either. I ended up just going elsewhere. Customer service is HUGE to me.

I honestly dont get it. I call them every single day with no answer. I call from multiple numbers, blocked numbers, you name it, thinking maybe they were screening my calls....but nope they just straight up do not answer their phones. Are they even still in business??
