I ordered some cold cathodes, and leds from www.oznium.com, and one of them appeared to be cracked.. I called Phil, and he instantly sent me a replacement. Top quality customer service.

Fast shipping even to Korea, not to mention their products ROCK. I can't believe how bright their tron tubes are. I have left them on all weekend (forgot) with no battery drain.
