Default Problem resolved with ScionSport

Woah!

This is cool!!!

ScionsSport! I will never buy from them again!

I made an order of the FX JDM Lights for xB.

The company sends me an email that needs $25 more to ship to Puerto Rico.

I send an email told him, ok.

After a few days the company sent me another email, told me that the shipping address don’t match the address of the credit card.

I sent emails that he ignored, called several times and left messages that he ignored too. Finally I lost totally my patience.

I left two voicemail told to cancel the order, two different days. I hate this service, I don’t want it anymore. You know? I’m ignored again.

Finally yesterday I found a live person, he told me that the order has been already packaged and he check if he can return it from the warehouse, whatever…

I called today, and asked for the order, the customer service employee told me that he need to charges a 10% restocking fee for the shipping, etc. etc.

That’s a good answer. I sent a lot of email that never reply, I left a lot of messages that never reply. Finally when I got communication he told me that.

I’m sorry, but I will fill a claim trough my credit card company because I want the full amount that I paid. If this company doesn’t answer the emails and don’t heard the voicemail, this is not my fault, but I will no pay the errors of the others.

I understand if I will no call or something, but I called with sufficient time and left messages with sufficient time.
OTHERWISE, I don’t understand. In my opinion this is injustice.

Fortunately I have a copy of all the emails and printed all the invoice and emails, this is concrete evidence to fill a claim.

Order Cancel! I had pulled the package from USPS shipping system. They are going to send the package back to us. We had refund your order for $224.10 that is total amount deduct 10% restocking fees. most c.c companies will credit the amount if you have not recived your product within 30 days of the time of the charge, your smart to have kept all the emails, hopefully things will work out for you. but it sounds more like a misunderstanding, i have shipped stuff to puerto rico, its a _____ and half.........good luck

ScionSport never sent me the item.

I think this is an opportunistic people…

If he packaged the item and paid the shipping this is the problem of the company, I sent emails and voicemail promptly, saying cancel it the order.

cause all this trouble for us. You think we are try to take you money?
We had
list the term and conditions on our site. You are really think that
people just
sit in front of computer 24 hr just to answer e-mail. Try talk with
ebay or
Paypal.. sometime, I don't even get reply with 72 hours.

We had ask for additional $25.00 just for additional shipping to Purto
Rico. It
cost a lot more to ship to PR. You know and I know.

We didn't even billed the $25.00 for additional shipping, and I had Ok
with my
boss to ship to you free of charge without additional $25.00.

You are the one try to reach us to cancel the order because you had
provide the
address that was not verify by either USPS or UPS. If that was the
case we ask
the customer again to verify address. We don't want to package to
return to us
for wrong address.

So Please understand, I had take care many Scion owner in PR. If you
ask them
most of them know me, we are very fair and honest company, if you think
10%
restocking fees is not fair for all the trouble you had cause. E-mail
me again
and I will issue credit for the store for your future purchase. If you
think
that is not fair.. call me, I will refund back to you. Other Scion
owner in PR
had my FX 1 headlamp had he loved. We are the only dealer have these
headlamp.

You are the one cause all these trouble.. we are always nice. Monday
is always
be the very busy day for us. Sorry for not return your phone call. I
believed
Scion owner should be very nice, but you had just been very nasty.

You don't know what is the difficult to me write in english,
If you think that i'm not nice, its your opinion.
I provided the customer service telephone numbers of the credit card to the purpose if you need information, so no any reason to contact me to credit card problems, because my address was ok and you can verify with this phone numbers.

And another thing, I work to computer 24/7, so don't attack me with this hostiles messages. Thanks to said all of that is my fault, sorry but this is not a customer service, this is now a personal attack. Thank You!

Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I’m not wrong, but I purchased products on ebay and this sellers are very nice, I purchased products with ScionLife sponsors and all of this sellers gave me a quick responses of all of my questions and are number 1 in customer service. Appartently ScionSport can’t do that. This is the impression that he gave to me.

I’m sorry that this thing occurs.

I bought things from LastLookCustoms, JCS Speed and CarDomain, all of these sellers are number 1 in all!

Why ScionSport are the exeption? I bought from ScionSport before and why he changes now?

Um, sounds like any other busy company if you ask me. Its christmas, you are not going to get a responce fast during a holiday season.

They need more money to ship out of country, scionsport is a good company. Their prices are on the higher end in most cases, however what i've experienced and my friends have experienced has been nothing but pleasent.

Sorry for the incovience you had, but you would get it any where during the season. Its a fact.

Thanks for your reply, but i hate the excuses and the lot of things that this peoples tell me in their emails that I know that is not right, you can read in the post.

I know we are in christmas and this is the most busy month, but for contact this people took me more than four days. Now I need to pay the long distance call made to contact this people.

Im a potential buyer, My score in Ebay is 100%, and this people told me that im not a nice person and i'm nasty, this people don't know me to said that.


Whatever, I think that this issue don't affect at all, because all of this can be used to learn.

Maybe Im the 1 case in 100 customers, maybe not.
Now I think that this was a misunderstand issue.

Anyways if this company make you happy and bring to you a good customer service, don't discard.

Anyway I recognize that this company made the effort to fix the inconvenience and
I will appreciate that.

Actually, Ive never had any problems with ScionSport.com. Ive now ordered 4 times, and all 4 times recieved my items very quickly.

Joe Darkness, sounds like nothing is going to please you. They offered your money back, you are upset. They offered store credit before full money, you are upset.....

Hey George @ Scionsport.....Im gonna order next week some TRD Shocks/Hotchkis Sway Bars/Hotchkis Strut Bar......and maybe maybe the TRD Clutch.....!

i dont understand why you are having problems, have ordered many items with them, they even did an exchange with me before, and they have been very quick, precise, and professional each time i would oreder or inquire about something, so hope it all works out.

I don’t understand too, because I’m a previous customer, before that issue, I purchased in ScionSport the tail lights and don’t had any problems.

ive picked up cargo covers from george.. foglights..
armrests.. he's a great guy.. one of the only guys that
carry a whole line of scion stuff from bodykits to ligthing..

that sucks it got all messed up(your order)..
but international ____ is always a lil tougher..
