rockauto parts site? anyone know?
 

I was looking to get parts from rockauto.com wanted to ask if anyone knows about them? Are they good, bad? let me know thanks (not for my tC but for my friends older car)

I've been ordering parts from them for the longest. Every car i've worked on, my tC included has had parts ordered from there. I highly recommend them....they're ecko approved!

some of my buddies have ordered parts from there and have always been happy. ^^Ecko, i love your quote in your sig. It's the truth for sure lol

You can list the cars you have, or maybe they get the info from your orders, I don't remember, but after that you gets e mails with closeouts on parts specific to your car. Those prices can be very attractive, especially for things like wear items like pads and filters.

i love rockauto parts. ive picked up numerous parts for my crx there and they have quality stuff. i was just as skeptical as you when i saw their site.

+1 for Rockauto. I got my new 08 lower grille and driver's side fender liner in today. Quality is good for OE replacement parts.

I bought my slotted/drilled rotors from them two years ago.

They ordered them from Raybestos HQs in Illinois; shipped to Madison, WI then shipped them again to my house. Took ONE DAY!

I'm planning on buying AT filter & gasket from them one of these days when I decide to switch out the OEM filter. (Even if its metal mesh screened filter that can be cleaned out. They sell them SO cheap)
