Thumbs down Stay away from kmx22 do not buy or sell to him!

Well guys i hate to do this but i have no other way to feel better for myself...

on Nov.1st he sent me $70 dollars to my paypal...for a necklace i sold him...we have been talking about this necklace for awhile...i made him a deal on it shipped to his house with tracking for $70 bucks...on Nov. 3rd i got a PM from him saying "hey thanks i got the necklace! thanks again"

so i thought well cool hes happy and i have nothing to worry about...i never heard anything else from him...

On Thur. Nov 12th he opened a claim through paypal and told thme i never shipped the item...therefore paypal has placed a hold on my money...

seriously KMX you know as well as i know you got the item...if you arnt happy with the necklace thats fine ill refund your money if you send the necklace back. i dont see the problem with that? Why rip me off? Why keep my money and my necklace? Is that honest? Would you like it done to yourself?!

Think about it dude..this is BS! you know you got the necklace...i even sent you a PM saying ill refund your money close the case on paypal and ill refund the money to you. i cant refund your money to you when you opened a case...paypal is holding those funds...

But really all im asking is you close the case, send my necklace back and ill refund the money....you dont have to scam people well me in this case...but why knows maybe this is what you do...

therefore i am warning all my fellow scion lifers to stay away from KMX22 who knows he may scam you...

ive sold sooo much stuff on this website and bought things from other people and have NEVER had a problem with someone on here....and im sure alot of people can come back me up on this as well...ive made alot of friends on here and maybe i just trust people too much...

anyways whatever...KMX all im asking is you close the case and ill refund the money...but i DO want MY necklace back....why scam me?

STAY AWAY FROM KMX22!!! HE WILL SCAM YOU!

Lowballers take this route frequently, pay the seller, receive the product, then try to find a way to get a refund so they get it for free.

This happened to someone I know recently. He sold a header for about 500 bucks, buyer opened a claim on Paypal saying the item wasn't as described. Paypal asks the buyer to return the item to the seller for a refund and he sends a box back filled with old t-shirts. Paypal gave the buyer the refund without any proof other than the shipping transaction.

wow sorry to hear that and look at all of his post, all he does is low ball people and go on others threads talking trash. hope paypal doesn't come after you for his lies and bans him from being able to use paypal and prevent him from trying to screw other people over as well.

Contact local fraud specialist, police department? There are people out there to help you. Its clear that he/she is committing a crime. Let them make some new friends in the process.

Hmm thats interesting. He's from Milwaukee around my area. He actually low balled me like crazy on some TRD springs. Would you like me to take care of this personally? lol! All jokes aside though sorry to hear about your loss. I was scammed once, for a brand new Blackberry Storm. I had to rep a flip phone for awhile after that..

Thanks for all the replies and I hope everything works out...but what can I do right?? I've heard of him low balling people but scamming people?! Lying?! Why?! What did I do?! Lol and thanks for saying I'm a great seller...I would never rip someone off...because trust me it sucks to get it back in return!

Anyways I can't prove I shipped it...I threw away the tracking # because he said he got the necklace and was happy..and I didn't hear from him for 10 days so I threw everything away...big mistake and ill learn from it lol...grrrr I'm mad

Ill be making a trip to USPS tomorrow to see what they can do
