Default wheelguyz.com= just a warning

Just thought i'd share my experience with wheelguyz.com with you guys. Ordered wheel/tire package over the phone and asked them to verify in stock or not, was told yes in stock and i should have them in 3 to 5 days. A week goes by and no wheels no contact. Called customer service for an update and was told wheels were scheduled to be shipped in 3 weeks. Apparantly in stock means that the company that makes the wheels has them - wheelguyz does not. Didn't want to wait that long so i asked to cancel the order - no problem - card should be credited in the next 7 days. Gee thanks. So now no wheels and no cash to order from local vender either. In my opinion bad customer service and a company to steer clear of. Just my 2 cents.

Can't go wrong with Discount Tire or The Tire Rack. I got my wheels and tires from The TR. Ordered online on Sunday, they shipped Monday and I got them on Wednesday!!!

TR and Discount Tire sells you everything you need including lugs and most importantly, hub centric rings.

i have ordered countless sets of tires from both TR and discount tires...each time nothing but satisfaction. i just recently ordered a set of wheels and tires from wheelsnext.com...only reason cuz the package was a pretty good price that couldnt have been beat.

I used wheelguyz as well for my girls' supra. After waiting over a month for the wheels, the fitment was wrong. I had to get spacers to get them to fit.... They told me I never told them it was a turbo car and that was why... Yea, whatever....Losers... Dont buy from them

Gotta give my personal thumbs-up to Discount Tire Direct as well. Ordered with zero hassle and rims/tires arrived quickly.
The day I put them on however, one of the center caps came off while I was driving so I called the salesman I had been dealing with and told him my story. Two days later a brand new center cap showed up at my door - no charge, no questions, no problems.

I'll definitely be ordering again from them.

I've ordered from wheelguyz 3 times now. They are always top notch, and ship insainly fast, I guess every company has a few bad apples.

I bought a set of wheels from them once and had no problems - but they did tell me that they would be backordered a month... and they were. Oh well.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I should have known better than to order from them after reading this thread. I ordered my wheel/tire package last Wednesday, was told I'd get them in 7-10 days. It is now day 7 and I don't even have a tracking number yet! I've tried calling their customer service line like 50 times in the last 3 days and cannot get through to anyone. I've e-mailed them, left voicemails, etc. So it looks like I'll be going to a meet on Saturday with my STOCK WHEELS! UGHHHH
