do they come with a top and bottom grille for the tC?

 

No they do not-- included is the front and rear lips and sides.

 

oh ok just wondering. My friend is about to order one today and I'm just helping him. What kind of grill is that on the picture and where can I get one? Also, will other aftermarket grilles fit with this kit?

 

I think that the grille never made it to production

Other grilles should fit with the kit.
