Scionlife.com - assemble toast t-shirt

Scion_tshirt_03.jpg

In an effort to support the Scionlife forum (which was a great source of input when I was researching and looking for my xB) I thought it'd be cool to design a t-shirt.
If anyone would be interested in owning one of these I'll be taking orders for 2 weeks, then have them printed and ship them out. Pretty simple really.

A larger version of the design can be viewed here: lunch break sketch
(the gray text watermark will of course be removed for printing)

Details :
I'm planning on taking orders for 2 weeks from the date of this post (July 31st - Aug 14th, 2010) then have the shirts professionally printed and ship them (should take 1-2 weeks) so please expect about 4-5 weeks til delivery.

Screen printed on black Gilidan Ultra-cotton (pre-shrunk) t-shirts. Men's sizes SM-XL available (please add $1.50 for sizes XXL and larger)

This first run will be only on classic black and only in men's sizes but if it gets a good reception I'd like to do more in a different color and possibly a a different location.

Price :
$19.00 USD +$5.00 USD s/h(+10.00 USD for AK,HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or International shipping)

Please send orders through PayPal (PayPal only, no e-checks please) to michaelgperry@gmail.com (sending as gift would be greatly appreciated and remember to include a note with your forum name, real life name, mailing address, size, etc).
Post any questions on the thread or send any direct questions to the same email address and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks and let me know what you think,

-michaelgp

Thanks Tremblay, Just white on black for now but I can certainly ship to Canada (it's just $10.00 USD instead of $5 for s/h)

Does some of the money for the shirt go back to the forum?

Tremblay - You got it, order via paypal and be sure to include your info in the 'notes' section

nonmindo
- I'll look into the 5x question and get back to you directly during the week.

jwaj2002 - Good catch, since that's a pretty subtle change to the graphic overall I can take out the extra and use the 4 lug pattern in the final design. Thanks for the feedback.

Improbcat - If the shirt does well I'd certainly consider contributing back to the forum but step one is to cover production. The design does sport the scionlife.com logo so I'm hoping at the very least the branding helps with publicity on the marketing side.

Please post exactly how to order. I sent you an email to your gmail. I want one XL.
Thanks, Jeff (a 60 year old guy who loves his xB and the toaster commercials for the Korean copycat!)

jwaj2002 - I'm planning on using a small but quality print shop in KS, nothing over seas if that was your concern.

ScupperSkipper - You'll need to set up a paypal account if you don't already have one ( https://www.paypal.com/ ). Then choose the 'send money' tab and send $24.00 total ($19.00 + $5.00 s/h for 1 XL) to michaelgperry@gmail.com. There should be a message or note's section near the bottom of the 'send money' page where you can enter your name, mailing address, etc. I'm planning on taking orders for 2 weeks from yesterday then I'll call in the print job and start mailing out the shirts as soon as they're complete. If you have any additional questions just drop me a line!

Psshhh.... can't you tell this xB is modded, it needed a 5 lug conversion to handle the extra weight of the toast

If you make a Gen2 shirt I would be interested. Any plans around this?

Puredrive - I think a Gen2 version of this design would look slick and there seems to be some interest out there so after this Gen1 run is complete there's a good chance it will happen.
