The new guy.
Howdy Y'all, I'm Tim from SWFL. I'm a shade tree mechanic, mobile computer repair guy with many lines of business that's almost always driven Mercedes cars.
After driving a '91 Mercedes Benz for the longest time, it was finally time to say goodbye at 302,000 miles. My choice was to wait 4 weeks for parts to be custom made in Germany... (and lose thousands of dollars in business) or find another car ASAP. Enter the 2010 Scion tC 5-Speed in Maroon. It was my only option due to my credit challenged past. I drove it, *SO* not my style but it's growing on me.
The car itself has a mere 77k miles, 2k of which are mine since I've been driving it daily. My example has been rode hard and put up wet and there are a lot of minor flaws that I hope to over come to make this car truly mine. Hopefully she will be as faithful if not more so than my old Mercedes Benz that I dearly miss.
Came here to find answers and hopefully be a contribution member of this fine community.
FYI... I've already gotten rid of the atrocious wheel gap.
