I just bought my first Scion after my Geo Metro died with a cracked frame! I have a long daily commute (45 miles each way from Rockville MD to Towson MD) and needed a dependable car with good gas mileage. The Scion fit the bill and after removing the window tint, replacing a license plate light, replacing all four tires, and adjusting the brakes the car passed MD inspection and is on the road. It is a 2006 and has 92k on it. I joined this forum to keep up with the quirks of the car and as a resource in the event something breaks that is not too difficult to repair. This was the same thing that I had done at geometroforum.com who were invaluable for help on my old car. Looking forward to talking to you all (yinz) in the future! LOL
