Default Baked on wax wont come off

Hey guys, i washed, clay bared and waxed my tc last night all with Meguires. When i went out to check this morning it came out flawless except for two small spots. I guess i missed the spots last night, and now the wax appears to be baked on, like really baked on there. I tried picking it with my fingers which caused a small chip, i used bug/tar remover. I used spray detailer and clay bar. I used a mr. clean magic eraser. I used more wax but nothing is working. Just wondering if anyone has done this and had any successful results. I appreciate any feedback as this is my first post here.

I would try heating the wax up with a hair dryer, melting it slightly, and then cleaning it off.

I really thought is was baked on wax, everything had pointed to that. But it appears to be a bad touch up. The rest of the car is flawless as its a 2007 with only 13500 miles. It didn't even register in my mind it could be this, so now i must change up tactics. Thanks for the replies though guys

ohh this is very strange problem I think you should try the steam cleaner or some hot water to remove it because it can melt the wax and then you will get rid off it. I hope this works but I am not sure.
