Brand names, what do i use!! =)

Can I get a recommended brand name(s) for lubrication and cleaners that i can poor into the car. Transmission fluid gear lube, overall internal engine cleaner, best motor oil and transmission fluid brands. Thank you all very much for your time.

Anything that is safe enough to use by the bottle (I am not very car savvy yet)
