I drive a 2005 Scion xB and for the past two weeks when I go to fill up my gas tank, the gas continually auto-stops regardless of whether my tank is full or not. It's super frustrating because it takes a very long time to fill up my tank with this continuous auto stop happening. I thought it was the gas station but this has been happening at multiple different stations.

Then, few days ago, I was driving and all at once the check engine, VSC, and trac off lights all came on at once. I took it to Auto Zone to get the check engine light coded, and two codes 401 and 404 came up, both were linked to fuel problems.

The car is driving fine but I am hoping maybe someone can give me some input on what the problem might be before I spend a ridiculous amount of cash on going to the mechanic….. or worse, the dealership….
