hey everyone
i just had my first service on my xB at 3,193 miles!
i went to Keyes Toyota/Scion in Van Nuys and was very happy with my experience!
my rear bumper was separating slightly and they fixed that and did the oil change and also did an inspection of brakes, fluids etc....
David, my service advisor, also got me the free remote and had it programmed and ready to go when my car was done.....
i chose Keyes as it is near my work and am glad i did!

Where is your work? My shop is right on teh corner of Hazeltine and Vanowen. Stop by and say hello when your in the area.
Glad you had a good experience with those guys. Usually, Keyes is out to lunch when it comes to service. What was wrong with your remote? where you missing one?

In case you didn't catch it on one of the other forums, Scion is offering a free second keyless entry remote for those who didn't get two with their vehicle.

* Make appointment at any Scion dealer
* Toyota dealers will handle out-of-CA service
* Mention code "LSC 30J" when you call
* Call 1-866-707-2466 for more info
