TC radio error after changing battery

TC radio error after changing battery
I replaced my battery on Saturday and now my navigation/radio displays an error message, "Program cannot be read. Please insert correct map DVD." None of the other buttons on my radio will do anything.
We tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. And we uninstalled and reinstalled the radio but it is still stuck on that screen. Does anyone know how to fix this??
