what do you think we'll be at this whole event for? . . . Scion must have something cool in store for everyone (besides going to Miami and getting drunk for free).

What could Scion possibly want to see 300 drunken Miami winners do that would make them think it was a good idea to bring us all to one spot . . . there has to be a catch, you know something that will benefit them somehow?!

i will tell you one thing, if we get there and have to sit through a scion timeshare pitch, I AM OUT!! lol

anyone got any ideas? people were talking about HIN . . . but doesn't that start like the day after we leave?

Scion will be releasing info on the xD and whatever the new xB will look like.

They will also be releasing a new line called the xM that has built-in satellite radio but can only use Sirius.

I heard that when Scion did something similar to this last year, they gave away lots of cool stuff and had celebrities. But again, this is something I heard, not know.

I have no more info than anyone else, this is pure speculation:

I think they are going to have the new models ready for HIN and we'll get to see them on the display even though HIN won't really be open. This will start the info rolling out onto the net from INFORMED Scion owners, instead of Non-Scion industry insiders, bloggers and critics, etc. I believe I read that the AfterParty isn't an exclusive event, but that we will have VIP access to the event.

Whatever happens, I'm sure it will be a blast.

this is exactly right. its not necessary exclusive but we do get VIP access. In Vegas, we got a booth/lounge area, at least at the beginning... until Chris Rado took it over!!! He was crazy mofo...

and if Miami is anything like Vegas, then it should be off the hook... and i have pics to prove it :P

I think we are invited to an invitation only thing at one place and then go to a VIP party at another place later in the evening. that means invitation only to the event, and then go to a club and go VIP while we are there.

ya cant wait, i HERD there will be midgets in too-toos serving us White-russians, confederte-flag-painted cows with saddles that vibrate, and pinneapple upside-down cakes for a frisbee throwing contest, thats just what i herD. as long as i get out of AZ, i dont care if its a timeshare for an outhouse in Utah, as long as jessica alba is presenting in tha buff. yummm!!

Scion could possibly be inviting others to the party. Don't they allow non-owners to sign up for ExpreScion? or it could be other peeps they do business with or work with. Maybe people that will be there for HIN. Hard to say knowing the few details we do...

If nothing else, I expect a clump of media folks recording the event...

My guess? The first private showing of the new Scion models, which will be on public display at HIN starting the next day. We get to see 'em first - a day before the world gets to.

I expect some 'big names' there, and corporate types, and media, and a whole bunch of us!

I don't know any of this, but that's what my sniffer is telling me. :)

sounds like a pretty good guess . . . although I am pretty sure they won't be debuting the cars until the chicago auto show in february . . . at least that is what i was told . . .
