paperwork not recieved??

paperwork not recieved??
has anyone else sent in their paperwork, without a confirmation? by confirmation i mean on the master list of winners, the R symbol that darren marked the names with. i sent out my paperwork the day i was notified of winning, which was almost 3 weeks ago.. yet it looks like they havent recieved it. im going to send it out again tomorrow just in case but just wanna know if anyone else is in the same situation??

I am there. I am gonna give it a couple more days. Since we have not been notified by BMG, we are not past any deadline. If I get word from them and I am not on that list, I'm gonna overnight it. For now, I figure I shouldn't add to their immense pile of paperwork.

Both XBKool and I sent our info in on Oct. 11 and it has still not been received. I went ahead and resent it certified mail on Saturday, Oct 28 from a different post office. So it better get there today or tomorrow.

i also sent mine the day after notification and i was on the first list... still didn't get received
i actually just sent it first class certified usps with return receipt verification.. i'm thinkin it's getting lost on the inside though.. and i don't like missing paperwork with my social floating around on it

I agree that I don't like paperwork with my SS# ending up missing.
On the first set sent, I followed the contact info on the actual paperwork that said Attn: Scion Miami Sweepstakes or something similar to that. I did not put the guy's name on it. Matt did the same thing. The second time around I put the guy's name on it. But I looked over all the info the second time around (ie. web, paperwork - in two spots) and the way the mailing address was presented wasn't consistant over anything.
I should check the certified mail info and see if it says it was received.

so whats the deal, mine neither, i had no clue about putting "attention" on it, should i send it again? how are they going to notify us? email or what, cuz im on the 3rd list and i havent herd abything

if youre on the third list, i would give it some time. darren only started confirming the paperwork like last week.. so you should be good. i was on the first list and sent in my paperwork a while ago so thats why i asked.

I put Attention: Scion Miami Event Winners or somethin like that, and of course, made it so they had to sign for the envelope when they received it... hehe. Good luck to those who haven't received confirmation yet..

I was in the 3rd wave, I sent my paperwork priority mail with delivery confirmation on Wednesday 11/1 and they received it on Saturday 11/3 and I am on the list as my paperwork being received already. I sent it directly to Marco's attention at Beyond Marketing.
I spent $4.05 but it was worth it knowing that I am comfirmed.
