Has anyone else had an issue with the glass in front of the sunroof shattering?
I was driving on the Interstate and heard what sounded like a gun shot and then the sound of glass going everywhere.
I pulled over and the front glass had shattered around the edges.
There were no cars in front of me to have thrown a rock into the glass.

I would like to know if anyone with a Gen 2 tC has had this problem?

Wow that sucks! At least it'll be covered under warranty

I have never heard of a case like this until now. This occurred on early Gen 1 tC's until the TSB fix, but the front glass acted as the bug/air deflector and lifted up away from the car.

Odd, did you talk to Toyota?

Ive seen quite a few of these on the internet, some dealers helped, some said refusal.

The glass in my SUNROOF blew off today while I was driving 60mph down the freeway!!!
