PSU won... now shares Big Ten title and gets the BCS bid for the conference!

Miami just lost... PSU gets to move up in the polls and has a closer shot at playing for the national title. You know... if USC or Texas lose.

Anyone else watch a lot of college football? Any teams you're pulling for?

 

im an AR razorback fan, but also just a fan of college foozball in general. I follow many teams, root for upsets and underdogs and generally just love watching

im happy to see PSU doing well actually, a fan of Paterno and what he has done for so long, follow the FL gators cause its near home

 

Oooo... USC is currently down 14-7 to Fresno St.

USC fan here.. Watchin the Game right now...

 

Living in Washington state there is only one game a year that counts for anything, and that's our "Apple Cup" game that pits the western University of Washingtom Huskies and the eastern Washington State Cougars. This cross-state rivalry has been ongoing for nearly a century.

Having been married to a rabid Cougar, I am of course a Cougar fan, and today the Cougs won. :D

 

We don't have that game for PSU... they never play Penn (Univ of Pennsylvania). Stupid Ivy League.

 

I guess I have to be a PSU fan now.....

 

You don't HAVE to... it just might make your fall Saturday afternoons a little easier.

BTW... Fresno State was down by 13... but now down by 6 and in the red zone.

I aint no SC fan ima UCLA fan and I hope UCLA will beat USC next week.
Anyway im more into the real stuff PRO football than college just like NBA than NCAA bball.

I love college football. Those players have a lot of heart.
I wish Div 1 Football would have a playoff system.
Im not a fan of the current BCS.

 

Yeah, BCS is all BS anyway. I've been an SC fan for about 20 years now and that won't change. I think SC will beat UCLA next week but it will probably be as close as the SC - Notre Dame game was. Either way, if Bush keeps running the way he does it will be no problem.

 

I personally think Maurice Drew is just as good as Bush, and he is more powerful than Bush. Well we’ll see. GO BRUINS

I use to hate Notre Dame, but now that Charlie Weis is there I have to root for them. For similar reasons, I can't root for SC and it still boggles my mind that Pete Carroll is now the best coach in college football. Gotta give credit where it is due though.

Despite everything going on recently, I still root for Colorado. Ever since those teams with Beinemy and Darian Hagan I have been a fan.
