Did you get into an accident?

My box was totalled more than two months ago, and it still shows a clean report, so it might take a while to get updated

Did you type it up correctly? When I put it in AutoCheck, I got this:

You entered an invalid VIN

1. Exactly 17 characters.
2. For a vehicle manufactured after 1980 (1981 or later model year).

VIN: 1HGEM21595L033308

Is it an old car?

lol it's my 2003 civic, that I'm selling to keep my box!

Maybe one of those 1's is an I, or one of those 0's is an O?

No VIN's use the letter "I" for that exact reason. I'm not sure about 0 vs. O, however. Sometimes they're just hard to read. When I tried to get the vin off my celica, I couldn't read the last few digits on the windshield, so I read it off the door and found that I had gotten a few numbers wrong the first time.

I tried switching out the 0's for O's one at a time, and both at the same time, also tried switching a B for the 8, and C for the G... nothing works

So I'm not sure how AutoCheck gets it's info, or how it's updated, but they're pretty late on mine.

The guy who hit me also has a clean AutoCheck on his VW Golf.

:? :? :?
My dad's truck was totalled out almost three years ago and I ran the VIN last year and it doesn't show an accident, doesn't show a salvage title, and shows that it was reregistered.
The damage was over $3000 on a 92 Mazda B series truck

I was recently in an accident, so I'd like to see what it says about my car, please.

And this is my old car that I got rid of for the tC. I still haven't seen it around, so I'm curious as to where it went. lol.
