Picked it up yesterday for my PC...liking it so far..feels a lot like most wanted in some ways.
The bad so far - No STI..no drift event
whats your guys/gals thoughts?

I absolutely loved the NFS series, but after Carbon, it sorta died on me. I hated ProStreet and its closed world environment. After I read the reviews on Undercover, it sounded/looked like a horrible game, so I haven't spent my money on it. It's on my list of games to rent though. Hopefully, it'll redeem itself when I get around to playing it.

I didn't bother with pro street
i just finished NFS undercover on the PC,
The bad things are: Car control is very jerky. When cornering and turning, the car turn suddenly. It is not smooth as Most Wanted.
The game as short.
I would not replay it again.
The good things: Nice graphic, and Maggie Q looks hot. Destroying police car and opponent's cars were fun

is there a difference for the PC compared to 360 (since i know there is a 'remix' for psp) ? too many 'car' games out i still want to try before buying any (burnout paradise, and a few others i just saw at best buy)

burnout paradise is pretty sweet..its addicting...all out mayhem lol
I don't k now if there is a difference between the PC version and the 360 version..although I heard the PC version has frame rate problems and I don't hae that problem with my pc..i just turned the anti-aliasing off and BAM no sketchy frame rate

i loved need for speed most wanted! the only strange thing about most wanted was the total absence of nissan, which i thought was strange, no 240 sx, no Z, and no skyline, i was kinda shocked.
carbon was...a good idea poorly executed. i loved the canyon duels, and touge stlye races, but the differences between the cars was awful! tuner cars can handle, but have no acceleration, muscle cars just have rediculous acceleration and while they can't "handle" they can drift very easily and was more than enough to handle the driving in that game, but annoyingly, exotics just did everything perfectly, great handling, great acceleration. it was just too damn lop sided.
i haven't played pro street yet, i have it for the ps2, hopefully i'll get a ps3 and prostreet and under cover for xmas.

I have every single NFS that ever came out with the acceptation of Porsche and this one. NFS 2 was the best. This new stuff EA comes out with is garbage. Especially Pro Street. wtf was that. I'll download this game, certainly won't pay for it unless its good, I made that mistake with Pro-street. Honestly the only good underground was the first one. Most wanted was pretty good too, all the others were okay at best. Most of the pre-undergrounds were great.
man if u think carbon was good, u gotta play some of the older need for speeds, Now those were great. NFS 2, NFS3, ehhh NFS 4 was kind of a failure, but it was still okay. NFS 5 was pretty good. not sure if NFS6 was called NFS 6 or just Hot Pursuit 2. That one was great tho. NFS 1 was great too if ur willing to understand the time it was released at.
