Getting this little pup on Friday once he hits 6 weeks and has had his vet check and such. Black and tan Miniature Dachshund, exactly like the first dog I ever got which was on my first birthday, lol. And thus, his name shall be JoJo, as was the first.

 

I lost my 13 year old mutt last night. We've had this dog since I was 7. He was my best friend throughout the years and I break down every time I think about it. I've posted him in this thread before.

thanks, i was very close to chief. I still expect to hear him bark when the doorbell rings or see him begging for food before I go to work

i was told around 12 yrs......i wanna push for that long before they start not seeing or hearing......i love my pits
