Default Whats with all the Noob questions lately?!?

Scionlife has been littered with ignorant questions lately, And to top it off they lack proper grammar. Most if not all of these questions could have been answered if they learned how to use the damn search!!!! What gives?!? Sorry I'm venting... I'll shut up now.

I have noticed on quite a few forums and bulletin boards, you can use them as an example of a cross-section of society. It is very shameful at society's lack of grammar and spelling skills. I agree with you Mr. bB384.

What seriously dissapoints me is that most other forums are perforance oriented as well being asthetically oriented. This forum is full of a bunch of people who care about how their car looks (and in my opinion looks rice-tastic), and there is only a small group who SERIOUSLY know about performace. I understand that this is a car meant to be modified for looks and such, but the Honda Fit has been out way less than the xB/xA and has a much better aftermarket support in terms of performance, think Spoon, J's Racing, Skunk2, etc. They built their Fit's for racing, if an aftermarket company modified an xB they wide body it, slam it, throw some unly streached wheels, and throw a stero in it and call it a day, (if they do engine mods it ends up being as slow as stock with all the added weight). Why dont we get the race cars? I've asked a bunch of companies why, (Trust me I've called a lot of companies!), and they say they don't go the performance route becuase there it no demand, which sadly is true, theres only a few people who want performance from their xA/xB more than looks.

Its kind of like the FNG.. You always got to have a NOOB or FNG in a forum or at work or any circle where a group of people gather often... Just so others have someone to yell out, vent out and complain about, cuz at some point you were one of those! and it makes you feel better to return the favor.

I've driven a boosted xb, and it's terrible how slow it still is. I love them for their style, but I can't blame companies for not wanting to go into R&D for F/I for them.

Honda owners are insane, thats why theres turbo'd Fit's. That are still slower than a stock tc.

A fit with a HKS turbo gets like 120whp, LOL. Thats like stock auto tc territory.

When I really think about it, boosting the tc sounds dumb because the car will have cost me more than a used STi, and it reminds me that if I wanted performance I might've made a boo-boo buying a scion.

It's not straight line performance, its cornering, like coilovers, roll cages, etc. that I'm talking about.

Ahh ok.

Still though, alot of people when buying the xb or xa want to make them look cool, not scoot fast on an autocross or race course.

Drop springs is about as good as it gets since not many people are looking for handling performance in those two cars.

I'm surprised the tc got as much backing as it has, but it still isn't even close to a civic. Though perhaps with time we will get there

I don't know whats up all that but i can tell ya this:

- how come my windows don't auto-up after i disconnected my battery?
- why are my wipers stuck halfway up the windshield after i packed them full of snow?
- and what's this funny yellow light on my dashboard after i deflated my tires to drag race a ferrari and how do i turn it off?
