You know you're addicted to SL when...
You know you’re addicted to Scionlife when…
- When you first turn on the computer it’s the first window to come up.
- It's your homepage.
- You refer to Scionlife as “SL” and you know what that means.
- People know you by your screen name.
- You won’t respond to people unless they call you by your screen name.
- You have a vanity car license plate/frame with your screen name on it.
- You go online to hang out with your “real” friends.
- You are in love with someone/met someone that’s on SL.
- You wife/girlfriend drapes a wig over the monitor to remind you of what she looks like.
- You constantly browse through different sections of the forum to keep yourself busy.
- You constantly wait for other people to post something up so you can respond.
- You know how to use the “recent posts” clicky.
- When you’re the first one to respond to a new topic within a minute of it being posted up.
- You get more happy birthday greetings on SL than you do in real life and from some people you have no idea who they are.
- When you’re talking about what’s going on in SL to your friends in real life.
- You get angry when someone asks a question that was asked months ago and you refer them to that old thread.
- You’ve clicked on the last page of a forum section just to see how old topics were and what was asked “back in the day”.
- You’ve bumped something over a year old.
- You’re writing/reading such a list of why you’re addicted.
- You step out of the room and realize that your roomates have moved and you don't have any idea when it happened.
- You can't remember when the last time was that you ate a meal.
- You always look tired. Sleep? What's sleep?
- When you’re still posting after midnight. (for me… at 3am)
- People are worried about you.

okay...but by the same token, you know you're not addicted when:
j/k....addicted as well.
- you don't click MY POSTS when you log on and even when you do the whole "egosearch" reference doesn't upset you.
- you log on and think "i forgot how really red the site is."
- you don't know the BB code guide.
- you have disabled the "Email me when another reply is made" notification.
- no one wishes you happy birthday.

that's me, up till 6hours before i have to be at work.
