Default Opinions on Fugifilm Finepix s1500FD

Hey guys, I am looking for a decent p&s camera. I dont want anything special and I am not going to spend $500-600 on a camera.

So what are you opinions on this camera:

http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/p...03769#Overview

Also if there are any other recommendations for a decent one in the $100-250 range.

Thanks

looks like nobody is helping you out...

my first camera was a fujifilm S5000. it was a great little point and shoot to start learning photography. im sure this camera will do the same for you.

don't feel pressured into buying a "DSLR". alot of people with the cash (or credit) to buy them don't even know how to use them. it's just to bling. start small, save, and work your way up as your ability/finances allow. this camera will take fine pictures for keepsakes. i know mine did.

i commend you for not just using a line of credit to impulse buy expensive camera equipment that they cannot afford. alot of people do that, even here. smart man.

Hey thanks, yea I will never spend that much on a camera that money either goes to car payment or parts for the car. For me I will never make money off photography so buy a 600+ camera will never payoff in the end. I just want something that will be decent for everyday use.

I just like this one and it seemed to have good reviews for the price. On ebay they have it for 200 with a 2 or 4 gig memory card with a mini tripod, case, and cleaning kit.
