Alright so here is an official update. I got an email response from hydraems

So with this new info, keep it in mind when making offers, but also note that I will not part it out at all.
This is the 2.6 version of the HydraEMS (latest version with drive by wire controls (according to HydraEMS)) and it also includes a USB-Serial adapter (which is needed) the wideband upgrade as well.

I am selling my HydraEMS due to the fact that I no longer have my tC and never installed it. Some people have asked me if it will work with the 2007-2008 tC. I am pretty sure the harnesses are different, but are they able to buy harnesses for the HydraEMS separate and use the EMS unit I have? Thank you in advance. -Mike Bond
