It is brand new only problem is that the driver side flap is a little broken off during shipping but should b fine.here r some pix.

If it broke during shipping why wouldn't you contact them to get a replacement? MacNeil has great customer service.
I can say these are probably the nicest set of window visors for the tC, whoever buys them won't be disappointed.
