This is a combination turbo timer/shift light that also has voltage, A/F, and RPM functions. Originally $99 new, $75 obo.

So is this thing plug n' play or do you have to splice it in? The instruction manual isn't clear.

You can either order a T-harness for the ignition lines, or splice them in. The other lines need to be tapped into seperately. It is not plug-n-play but is not difficult to hook up either.
