the alarm was in my 08 xD when i bought it, it came out about a week after i got the car when i had my viper installed. $50shipped.

will the alarm work in the tc?

 

it should, its just a basic alarm, looks like just a shock sensor and the basics of most alarms. i dont have an install manual or anything. but, there are no wires that a xD has that a tC doesnt have.

 

So this should be plug and play

 

compared to an aftermarket alarm yes. but you still have to umm, manually(?) find the needed wires and tag them. (note the connectors on the wires already) the car will not have the receiving ends already there.

this isnt like buying ebay fogs plug n play. but it is a 10min install vs 60mins for a remote start alarm or 3hr install for R/S with window mods.

 

update on the alarm, it is an Audiovox Pursuit Pro 2032a alarm. i found all the paperwork that goes with it, and the window warning stickers. cant find an install guide online anywhere tho. if you go to the dealer im willing to bet they can print it out for you tho. (since its a dealer install item.)

 

i want the alarm so bad but does it come with a remote

 

it uses the stock key.
